IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS, YOU MUST FILL OUT THE SPONSOR FORM ON OUR WEBSITE AND MAKE A MINIMUM $125 DONATION TO BE IN THE PARADE.
This application is ONLY for participating in the parade.
There is a separate application to have a booth which you can ask for. Please complete all the information and print legibly.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon acceptance to the parade.
We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
All parade participants must be at the Shops at Billerica mall (480 Boston Rd) No Later than 9:00 am for placement and preparation. Boston Road will be closed by 9:15 am.
If you arrive late, you will not be permitted in the lineup.
Only this version of the application will be accepted. Your information will be kept confidential.
